In class project assignment: YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Due next Thursday.

INTRODUCTION: What is your favorite snack?  Have you ever took the time to read the ingredients that are found within your snack?  Well now you have the opportunity to research your favorite snack and weigh the pros and cons of the ingredients found within your snack.  
Directions: You will research the ingredients found within your favorite snack and identify the pros and cons of the ingredients found within your snacks.  Have fun!! J 
Note:  Whatever your favorite snack may be; Example If your favorite snack is a bag of chips, etc take a picture of the ingredients found on your snack so that you will have them for the project or write them down J

D. After you have listed the negative and positive effects of your snack, write a conclusion statement.  Which should include your findings, will you continue to eat your snack, and are there other optional snacks you may choose.
